Customer Service
You will learn all the basics there is to know about customer service in this industry. From understanding how to close deals with clients to understanding how to handle in life situations while on the job. PRO LEVEL
By the end of the lessons, you can technically consider yourself at a "pro" level. The true way to be considered a pro is by your work but there are mediocre pro's too. But who cares.
The goal is to take amazing pictures or record awesome footage for a video, have a consistent workflow so the bills are paid, provide great customer service and edit the best photos and videos possible.
You will have to work to really reach the pro level however, I'll be right by your side to help you along the way. This is the most interesting career path you will ever take. You will deal with so many different types of people and really understand the dynamics of communication. You will travel and get paid hundreds of dollars per hour for your expert knowledge.
